01 Overview & How Our Balance System Works

NightNodes operates on a prepaid wallet model. When you top up your account, funds are added to your internal balance. You then spend that balance to purchase proxy bandwidth, ECS servers, or other services at any time.

Because our products are digital and involve real-time allocation of network resources, refunds are processed as a deduction from your internal balance, with the corresponding amount returned to you in USDT (TRC20) by our team. No automatic gateway reversal is performed.

This policy governs refunds on top-up transactions only. Charges for services that have already been provisioned and actively consumed (bandwidth used, server uptime, etc.) are not eligible for refund unless an exception in Section 2 applies.

02 Refund Eligibility

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every top-up carries a 14-day refund window measured from the date and time of that specific transaction. Within this window, you may request a refund of the unused portion of that top-up for any reason.

Service Errors & Technical Failures

Outside the 14-day window, refunds may still be granted if:

Billing Errors

If you were charged an incorrect amount or charged twice for the same order, we will correct the error and issue a full refund of the excess amount upon verification, regardless of the 14-day window.

03 How the Refund Amount Is Calculated

The refund amount for any given top-up is subject to two limits, and the smaller of the two applies:

Why is my current balance a factor?

Your balance represents funds you have not yet spent. If you have already used part of the topped-up amount to purchase services, those funds cannot be recovered — hence the refund cannot exceed what remains in your account.

Promotional bonus credits are non-refundable

When a top-up qualifies for a promotional bonus (e.g., "Deposit $100, get $10 bonus"), the bonus amount is a platform incentive — not a payment you made. The refundable portion is therefore calculated as:

Example: You top up $100 and receive a $10 bonus (balance = $110). You spend $20 on proxies. Your remaining balance is $90, of which $10 is still bonus. Your maximum refundable amount is $90 − $10 = $80.

Partial refunds

Refunds do not need to be for the full eligible amount. Our team can issue a partial refund at your request, as long as the amount does not exceed the ceiling above.

04 Non-Refundable Items

The following are explicitly not eligible for refund:

06 How to Request a Refund

NightNodes processes all refunds manually through our support team. There is no automated self-service refund button — this allows us to review each request and ensure accuracy.

To submit a refund request:

  1. Open a support ticket from your account dashboard, or contact us via live chat or email at support@nightnodes.com.
  2. State the top-up order number (visible in your recharge history), the date of the transaction, and the amount you are requesting.
  3. Provide the USDT (TRC20) wallet address to which the refund should be sent.
  4. Briefly describe the reason for your request (this helps us improve our service).

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the specific top-up transaction. For billing errors or service failures, submit within 30 days of the incident.

07 Processing & Timeline

Once a refund is approved by our team:

We will notify you via the support ticket or email once the refund has been initiated. Please allow an additional hour for the transaction to confirm on-chain.

⚠ Please double-check your USDT TRC20 wallet address before submitting. NightNodes cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address.

08 Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact our support team before initiating any payment dispute. The vast majority of issues are resolved quickly — often within the same business day.

If a chargeback is filed with your bank or payment provider without prior contact with NightNodes:

If we receive evidence that a chargeback was filed for services that were delivered as described, we reserve the right to contest the chargeback with the relevant payment processor and provide transaction records as evidence.

Resolving a chargeback dispute typically takes 30–90 days and may result in fees to both parties. Contacting us first is always faster.

09 Effect on Referral Commissions

NightNodes awards referral commissions based on each referred user's actual consumption — the real amount paid for products, excluding promotional bonus credits. The following applies:

10 Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated via email with at least 7 days' notice before taking effect.

Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
